OUR STORY

Involved in Emergency Services since1977, we helped establish the Advanced Life Support system in Martin County Florida where we gained valuable field experience in EMS, Firefighting, and 911 Public Safety Telecommunications.   Since entering Public Safety Communications full time in 1988, we have held front line dispatch as well as administrative and training positions. 

In addition to being the lead training officer for Martin County Fire Rescue Communications section for the last 10 years Norcon has been involved with helping to create a training program for the Victoria Police Communications section in Melbourne Australia as well as being brought on board to certify version 7.1 of Intergraph’s Computer Aided Dispatch software in Huntsville Alabama.  We now work with 911 Communications Centers  to assist agencies meet the demanding training needs of Public Safety Telecommunicators
